• Scope: 12-month warranty on home & kitchen appliances against manufacturing defects under normal household use, from the delivery date. • Included: Motors, heating elements, control boards and factory assembly faults. • Excluded: Glass, filters, blades, seals and other consumable/wear parts. • Excluded: Damage from incorrect voltage, limescale, misuse, commercial use, or unauthorized repair. • Installation: Damage from improper installation or use against the user manual is not covered. • Conditions: The original invoice and this warranty certificate must be presented, and the product serial number / security seal must be intact and matching. • Remedy: At Uellow's discretion the product is repaired; if repair is not feasible it is replaced with the same or an equivalent model, or a store credit is issued. • Claim process: Report the fault within 7 days of its occurrence; technical inspection takes 2–5 working days; approved repairs are usually completed within 7–14 working days. • This warranty is non-transferable and is valid inside Kuwait only. • This warranty is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.

• النطاق: ضمان ١٢ شهرًا للأجهزة المنزلية والمطبخية ضد عيوب التصنيع تحت الاستخدام المنزلي الطبيعي من تاريخ الاستلام. • المشمول: المحركات، عناصر التسخين، لوحات التحكم وأعطال التجميع المصنعي. • غير المشمول: الزجاج، الفلاتر، الشفرات، الحشوات وغيرها من القطع المستهلكة/القابلة للتآكل. • غير المشمول: الضرر من الفولتية الخاطئة، الترسبات الجيرية، سوء الاستخدام، الاستخدام التجاري، أو الإصلاح غير المعتمد. • التركيب: لا يشمل الضرر الناتج عن التركيب غير الصحيح أو الاستخدام المخالف لدليل المستخدم. • الشروط: يلزم إبراز الفاتورة الأصلية وشهادة الضمان هذه، وأن يكون الرقم التسلسلي / ختم الأمان سليمًا ومطابقًا. • المعالجة: حسب تقدير يلو يتم إصلاح المنتج؛ وإذا تعذّر الإصلاح يُستبدل بنفس الموديل أو ما يعادله، أو يُمنح رصيد شرائي. • إجراء المطالبة: يجب الإبلاغ عن العطل خلال ٧ أيام من حدوثه؛ يستغرق الفحص الفني ٢–٥ أيام عمل؛ وتُنجز الإصلاحات المعتمدة عادةً خلال ٧–١٤ يوم عمل. • هذا الضمان غير قابل للتحويل وساري داخل الكويت فقط. • هذا الضمان إضافي ولا يقيّد حقوقك القانونية كمستهلك.
