• Scope: 12-month warranty on home & kitchen appliances against manufacturing defects under normal household use, from the delivery date. • Included: Motors, heating elements, control boards and factory assembly faults. • Excluded: Glass, filters, blades, seals and other consumable/wear parts. • Excluded: Damage from incorrect voltage, limescale, misuse, commercial use, or unauthorized repair. • Installation: Damage from improper installation or use against the user manual is not covered. • Conditions: The original invoice and this warranty certificate must be presented, and the product serial number / security seal must be intact and matching. • Remedy: At Uellow's discretion the product is repaired; if repair is not feasible it is replaced with the same or an equivalent model, or a store credit is issued. • Claim process: Report the fault within 7 days of its occurrence; technical inspection takes 2–5 working days; approved repairs are usually completed within 7–14 working days. • This warranty is non-transferable and is valid inside Kuwait only. • This warranty is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.
