• Scope: 6-month standard warranty against manufacturing defects under normal personal use, from the delivery date. • Included: Internal components and factory faults not caused by the user. • Excluded: Physical damage, liquid ingress, misuse, unauthorized repair and consumable/wear parts. • Conditions: The original invoice and this warranty certificate must be presented, and the product serial number / security seal must be intact and matching. • Remedy: At Uellow's discretion the product is repaired; if repair is not feasible it is replaced with the same or an equivalent model, or a store credit is issued. • Claim process: Report the fault within 7 days of its occurrence; technical inspection takes 2–5 working days; approved repairs are usually completed within 7–14 working days. • This warranty is non-transferable and is valid inside Kuwait only. • This warranty is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.

• النطاق: ضمان قياسي 6 شهرًا ضد عيوب التصنيع تحت الاستخدام الشخصي الطبيعي من تاريخ الاستلام. • المشمول: المكوّنات الداخلية وأعطال التصنيع غير الناتجة عن المستخدم. • غير المشمول: الكسر، دخول السوائل، سوء الاستخدام، الإصلاح غير المعتمد والقطع القابلة للتآكل. • الشروط: يلزم إبراز الفاتورة الأصلية وشهادة الضمان هذه، وأن يكون الرقم التسلسلي / ختم الأمان سليمًا ومطابقًا. • المعالجة: حسب تقدير يلو يتم إصلاح المنتج؛ وإذا تعذّر الإصلاح يُستبدل بنفس الموديل أو ما يعادله، أو يُمنح رصيد شرائي. • إجراء المطالبة: يجب الإبلاغ عن العطل خلال ٧ أيام من حدوثه؛ يستغرق الفحص الفني ٢–٥ أيام عمل؛ وتُنجز الإصلاحات المعتمدة عادةً خلال ٧–١٤ يوم عمل. • هذا الضمان غير قابل للتحويل وساري داخل الكويت فقط. • هذا الضمان إضافي ولا يقيّد حقوقك القانونية كمستهلك.
