Terms & Conditions
• Scope: 12-month warranty on the watch movement against manufacturing defects, from the delivery date.
• Included: Quartz/mechanical movement and factory assembly faults.
• Excluded: Battery, strap/band, crown, glass/crystal and case finish.
• Excluded: Water damage even on water-resistant models (resistance is not a permanent guarantee), scratches and impact damage.
• Excluded: Damage from opening the case or service by a non-authorized watchmaker.
• Conditions: The original invoice and this warranty certificate must be presented, and the product serial number / security seal must be intact and matching.
• Remedy: At Uellow's discretion the product is repaired; if repair is not feasible it is replaced with the same or an equivalent model, or a store credit is issued.
• Claim process: Report the fault within 7 days of its occurrence; technical inspection takes 2–5 working days; approved repairs are usually completed within 7–14 working days.
• This warranty is non-transferable and is valid inside Kuwait only.
• This warranty is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.
