• Scope: Covers electronic and manufacturing defects in the device and its internal components under normal personal use for 24 months from the delivery date. • Included: Mainboard, screen/panel, internal sensors, charging circuitry and firmware faults not caused by the user. • Excluded: Physical damage, cracked or pressure-marked screens, liquid/water ingress, drops, burns and power-surge damage. • Excluded: Faults from unauthorized repair, opening the unit, software modification (root/jailbreak) or non-approved chargers/accessories. • Consumables: Built-in batteries and bundled accessories are covered for 6 months only. • Conditions: The original invoice and this warranty certificate must be presented, and the product serial number / security seal must be intact and matching. • Remedy: At Uellow's discretion the product is repaired; if repair is not feasible it is replaced with the same or an equivalent model, or a store credit is issued. • Claim process: Report the fault within 7 days of its occurrence; technical inspection takes 2–5 working days; approved repairs are usually completed within 7–14 working days. • This warranty is non-transferable and is valid inside Kuwait only. • This warranty is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.

• النطاق: يغطي الأعطال الإلكترونية وعيوب التصنيع في الجهاز ومكوّناته الداخلية تحت الاستخدام الشخصي الطبيعي لمدة ٢٤ شهرًا من تاريخ الاستلام. • المشمول: اللوحة الأم، الشاشة، الحساسات الداخلية، دائرة الشحن وأعطال البرمجيات غير الناتجة عن المستخدم. • غير المشمول: الكسر، الشاشات المكسورة أو المضغوطة، دخول السوائل/المياه، السقوط، الحرق وأضرار تذبذب الكهرباء. • غير المشمول: الأعطال الناتجة عن الإصلاح غير المعتمد أو فتح الجهاز أو تعديل النظام (روت/جيلبريك) أو شواحن/ملحقات غير معتمدة. • المستهلكات: البطاريات المدمجة والملحقات المرفقة مشمولة لمدة ٦ أشهر فقط. • الشروط: يلزم إبراز الفاتورة الأصلية وشهادة الضمان هذه، وأن يكون الرقم التسلسلي / ختم الأمان سليمًا ومطابقًا. • المعالجة: حسب تقدير يلو يتم إصلاح المنتج؛ وإذا تعذّر الإصلاح يُستبدل بنفس الموديل أو ما يعادله، أو يُمنح رصيد شرائي. • إجراء المطالبة: يجب الإبلاغ عن العطل خلال ٧ أيام من حدوثه؛ يستغرق الفحص الفني ٢–٥ أيام عمل؛ وتُنجز الإصلاحات المعتمدة عادةً خلال ٧–١٤ يوم عمل. • هذا الضمان غير قابل للتحويل وساري داخل الكويت فقط. • هذا الضمان إضافي ولا يقيّد حقوقك القانونية كمستهلك.
