• Scope: 12-month manufacturer warranty against hardware defects in the phone under normal personal use, from the delivery date. • Included: Mainboard, original display, cameras, charging port and factory software faults. • Excluded: Cracked glass/screen, bending, liquid damage, drops, and any physical or cosmetic damage. • Excluded: Jailbreaking/rooting, unauthorized service, non-genuine parts, and damage from third-party chargers. • Battery & accessories: Battery, charger and cable are covered for 6 months only; gradual battery capacity loss is normal and not a defect. • Conditions: The original invoice and this warranty certificate must be presented, and the product serial number / security seal must be intact and matching. • Remedy: At Uellow's discretion the product is repaired; if repair is not feasible it is replaced with the same or an equivalent model, or a store credit is issued. • Claim process: Report the fault within 7 days of its occurrence; technical inspection takes 2–5 working days; approved repairs are usually completed within 7–14 working days. • This warranty is non-transferable and is valid inside Kuwait only. • This warranty is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.
