Uellow guarantees that all products sold on its platform are 100% original and authentic. Products are sourced directly from manufacturers, authorized distributors, brand owners, or verified third-party sellers approved by Uellow.
1.2 Quality Control
Uellow performs supplier verification and quality checks to ensure products meet acceptable standards. However, minor variations in packaging, design, or specifications may occur due to manufacturer updates.
1.3 Prohibited Products
Counterfeit, illegal, or non-compliant products are strictly prohibited. Uellow reserves the right to remove such products immediately and take appropriate legal or contractual action.
2. Product Information & Availability
2.1 Accuracy of Information
Uellow strives to display accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility details, and pricing. However, unintentional errors may occur. Uellow does not guarantee that all product details are error-free.
