3D printer mega zero is a new model in the FDM line of printers of the companyAnycubic.

This is one of the most favorable offers on the market with a printing area of 220x220x250mm.

The printer has a frame of extruded aluminum profile. The printer comes in semi-assembled form and is very easy to assemble. In the kit there is an instruction for assembly and adjustment. The frame itself has strength with a margin. With such modest dimensions, the structural parts use a profile of 40 × 40mm and 40 × 20mm. All this affects the accuracy of positioning during printing.

The carriage of the X axis moves directly on the most aluminum profile with the help of rollers. On the carriage itself there are eccentric nuts that allow you to adjust the clamp of the rollers to the profile. Thus, you can adjust the movement of the carriage without backlash and stuffing. The Z axis has a similar working principle. But the table moves on the gross guide. 3 linear bearings are installed on the y axis carriage. Thus, the y axis is able to withstand high loads and move smoothly, without eating.
